Terms & Conditions.

These T&Cs apply to the purchase of tickets and participation in The Longevity Show — Frankfurt Edition (11–12 September 2026, OMNITURM Frankfurt & Pyramide Mainz).

§ 1 Scope

These T&Cs govern the contractual relationship between The Greater London Event Limited ('the Organiser') and the participants, sponsors and exhibitors of the event.

§ 2 Contract conclusion

Tickets are purchased via longevityshow-frankfurt.de or the respective edition URL. After successful payment via Stripe you receive a confirmation email with your QR ticket.

§ 3 Prices and payment

All prices include statutory VAT. Payment methods: credit card, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna.

§ 4 Cancellation and refund

  • Full refund up to 30 days before the event
  • Transfer to another person possible between 30 and 7 days before
  • Within 7 days no refund; transfer possible after consultation
  • Stripe processing fees are non-refundable

§ 5 Booth and sponsorship packages

Booth and sponsorship packages have separate terms with individual agreements. 50% deposit on booking, balance 30 days before the event.

§ 6 Rights and obligations of participants

Participants have access to all sessions and areas included in their ticket. Tickets are transferable (with prior notice) but not resellable.

§ 7 Photo, film and audio recording

During the event, photos and videos are taken for marketing purposes. By entering the event you consent to publication in our channels.

§ 8 Limitation of liability

The Organiser is liable only for damages based on intent or gross negligence. In case of force majeure (pandemic, natural disasters, official orders) the event may be postponed or cancelled.

§ 9 Data protection

Our privacy policy applies. By purchasing a ticket you accept GDPR-compliant processing of your data.

§ 10 Applicable law and jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main for merchants. For consumers, the respective place of residence applies.

§ 11 Severability

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
